Trans Pride Washington, DC!
May 20, 2023

After a few years away community volunteers are excited to bring to you Trans Pride Washington, DC this May! We are following in the footsteps of trailblazers like SaVanna Wanzer, founder of Trans Pride in DC, to bring you trans-centered programming where trans folx lead the way!

This year's Trans Pride will take place May 20, 2023. Our full day of workshops will be Saturday, May 20 at the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Library located at 901 G Street, NW, Washington, DC 20001.

Our goals:

We look forward to engaging community members, activists, volunteers, organizations and others committed to supporting and advocating for trans, non-binary and gender expansive folx in the metropolitan DC area.

This event is free for trans, non-binary, gender expansive folx and our allies!

Message from Bianca

Hey everyone! I'm Bianca Rey, and I'm so excited to lead efforts to bring Trans Pride Washington, DC to you this May. Over the years I've worked with countless trans and non-binary folks to create trans-centered programs and events here in the DC metro area. I previously served as co-chair of AQUA DC and as a board member at Equality Virginia. I'm excited for this next adventure! I hope you will consider joining our planning team, volunteering at the event, donating, or sponsoring the event.

Stay tuned for more updates!
